WhatsApp contact. Clicking any WhatsApp button on this site triggers a technical event (contact_click) through Google Tag Manager, recording the contact method and the page it came from. This event does not include your name, phone number or any personally identifiable data — it only helps us understand which pages generate contact. Any data you share with us when writing on WhatsApp (name, number, message content) is used solely to respond to your enquiry.
Email contact. If you write to [email protected], we process the data you include (name, email, message) to respond to your request.
Purchasing templates and applications. Sales of downloadable templates and applications are processed through Hotmart, which acts as the payment platform and handles the transaction data. We do not receive or store payment card data.
Consulting sessions. Payment for consulting sessions can be made by bank transfer, Revolut or Bizum. These providers handle the data needed to process payment; we only keep the contact and proof of payment needed for the business relationship and invoicing.
We process your data based on your consent (when you contact us via WhatsApp or email), on the performance of a contract (when you buy a template, an application, or hire a consulting session), and on our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used in order to improve it.
We do not share your data with third parties beyond what is needed to provide the service. We work with the following data processors:
Contact data is kept while a business relationship exists or until you request its deletion. Billing-related data is kept for the period legally required under applicable tax and accounting regulations.
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to [email protected], providing proof of identity. If you believe your data is not being handled correctly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
This site uses Google Tag Manager as a technical tag manager. No analytics or advertising tool (such as Google Analytics or ads tracking) that sets non-essential cookies is currently connected, so the site does not require a cookie consent banner at this time. If such a tool is activated in the future, this policy will be updated before it goes live and will include the corresponding consent notice.
The services on this site are aimed at professionals and businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from minors without parental or guardian consent.
